Ballot Brigade:

To verify that soliciting a brigade would be acceptable, I just spoke with someone at the State Secretary of State's Office. That person verified that a person can carry 10 ballots to a dropbox. They don't have to include their own ballot, but they then couldn't submit their ballot to a dropbox if they submit 10 others, as only 10/per person are allowed, so theirs plus 9 others. He said it is fine if we solicit volunteers to submit ballots for others, if that was in question.
Potential populations needing such a service: retirement communities, retail workers, latino communities.
Debby Vink: County has already identified some groups, especially disabled. We should get the list so we don't duplicate efforts.
