Ruth Stemler and Linnea Smith are looking for Voter Services projects to fundraise for:
? door hangers? or handouts for communities such as mobile home parks, etc.
Not sure that door hangers are recommended. Companies who hang them seem to be out of business.

Spotify: Maren will help Kathryn with ads on Spotify. For October. $250/ mon and $500/ mon types of prices
Boulder Reporting Lab: checking prices, timing, etc.
Nonactive Voters -- Postcards
Timing: Start talking about it at the Kickoff on 18 Aug
Kathryn's next step: step-by-step plan for post card captains
mail MID-October when ballots go out. Recruiting in mid-July. Start writing postcards last week of August.
Kathryn will be gone until late August and early September. Sporadic availability for communication.
In case we don't have enough writers to complete the postcards, we can purchase stickers with a message. IF we have 23 volunteers, each writing 90 postcards, we'll have enough. There will be Captains in Boulder, Longmont, Lafayette, and Louisville to distribute/ instruct/ collect/ return postcards.
County Clerk
Tours: Date from County Clerk is 29 June 2026. Well attended.
There are video tours, and they should be on our website.
