Our 2026 Program Planning meetings are scheduled, and I'm looking forward to collecting our instructions to LWVUS and reviewing our current positions and plans.  

 

Program Planning is an exercise that make us a true grassroots organization.  Members have the opportunity to learn about and weigh in on what the League plans to do.  Don't miss this opportunity.  

 

Program Planning is the occasion when you can submit a new position, delete an old position, or propose an edit.  Links to LWVUS, LWVCO, and LWVBC are below.  The membership will consider your proposal and reach a consensus on adoption or not.  All change proposals must be submitted to president@lwvbc.org by Friday, 13 February 2026.  

 

Dates:  

Before the meetings, registered attendees will receive a packet of informational materials to review.  We also need a headcount for refreshments.  

 

This will an opportunity to meet other members and help set the course for the coming (busy) year.
