March 1 fundraiser with LWVBC celebrating 100 Years Strong!
 
 

2020 is the 100th Anniversary of the League of Women Voters and of the 19th Amendment, which advanced, but did not secure, voting rights for all women. 

Join the League of Women Voters of Boulder County to honor our history, and build power and resources for a new century of voter service and advocacy!

I Heart League! Join League members from all over Colorado for celebration and policy advocacy at our Legislative Conference - a great way to spend Valentine's Day.

 
Join us on Friday, February 14th to learn about the League's 2020 legislative priorities and celebrate 100 years of empowering voters. The day will begin at 9:00 AM at the LWVCO offices. League members and guests are welcome to join in celebrating the League's 100th birthday, as we walk to the Capitol for the reading of proclamations honoring the League's 100 years. Afterwards, beginning at 11:00 AM at the Denver Public Library, the conference will begin. The afternoon will include Complete Count Committee training (2020 Census), speakers on Voting Methods, Vision 2020 (TABOR), recall legislation and more.
