Ballot Issue Presentation by Colorado Fiscal Institute’s “Count Me In” program. NAACP Boulder Chapter and LWVBC are co-sponsoring.First hour will be the 13 state ballot issues, presented by Colorado Fiscal Institute. Last 30 minutes will be on local issues, presented by LWVBC.
